Growx Tech IT ("we", "us") provides IT career services including resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, technical training, interview preparation, and recruiter-led profile marketing. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This website does not require you to create an account, and it has no sign-up forms.

• Contact details, your name, phone number, email address and messaging handle, when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Career documents, your resume or CV, LinkedIn profile, portfolio links, certificates and similar documents that you send us so we can work on them.
• Career information, your work history, education, skills, target roles, salary expectations and work authorization status, where you share these with us.
• Service records, notes from consultations, training progress, interview feedback, and the applications submitted on your behalf.
• Payment records, where you purchase a package, our payment provider processes your payment and we retain a record of the transaction. We do not receive or store your full card details.

How we use your information

• To deliver the services you have asked for, rewriting your resume, optimizing your profile, running training and mock interviews.
• To market your profile to prospective employers, staffing partners and hiring networks, where you have engaged us for profile marketing.
• To communicate with you about your file, schedule interviews, and send progress reports.
• To handle billing, keep accounting records, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your career documents for any purpose other than delivering the services you engaged us for.

Who we share it with

Delivering placement services necessarily means sharing your profile with third parties. We share:

• Prospective employers, recruiters and staffing partners, your resume and profile, when you have engaged us for profile marketing or placement. This is the core of the service.
• Service providers, the payment processor that handles your transaction, and the communication and file-storage tools we use to run the business.
• Authorities, where we are required to by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Where your information is held

We operate across the United States, India and Australia, and your information may be stored or processed in any of those locations. Wherever it is held, it is handled under this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your career documents and service records for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can help with your next move and meet accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, see below.

Your choices and rights

• Access, ask us what information we hold about you.
• Correction, ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Deletion, ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Withdraw consent, tell us to stop marketing your profile to employers, or to stop contacting you, at any time.

To exercise any of these, email hi@growxtech-it.us and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party advertising. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. If we add analytics or other tracking in future, we will update this policy first.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to the staff who need it to work on your file. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
